Diachenko K. Economic safety of activity of building enterprises

Object of research: processes of assessment and ensuring the system of economic security of construction enterprises activity. Purpose: substantiation of scientific and theoretical provisions and development of practical recommendations for improving the economic security of the CEA, taking into account the industry affiliation and the peculiarities of the formation of their financial resources. Methods: abstract-logical analysis, system-structural analysis, structuring, scientific classification, comparative analysis, financial-economic and statistical analysis, economic analysis, analysis of expert information, mathematical statistics, econometric modeling, differential calculus, graph-analytical. Novelty: for the first time a methodical approach to the assessment of the financial component of economic security was developed, which takes into account the systemic interaction of indicators of the financial level of economic security of the CEA; the definition of interaction of functional components of economic safety of CEA, the approach to an estimation of economic safety of CEA from positions of features of formation of finances of the construction enterprises is improved. Scope: in the activities of LLC "Ukrmiskbud Holding" to improve the structural composition of the functional components of the economic security system of CEA, TDV "Zhytlobud-2" to improve the organizational and economic support for assessing the state of economic security, LLC "Asset Management Company" Spagia" to improve information -analytical support of integrated financial management of construction companies, in the educational process of Kharkiv Trade and Economic Institute of Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics in teaching of disciplines "Business Economics", "Economic Security of Enterprise", "Business Security", "Business Planning".
