Myalkovsky K. Ground of the differentiated choice of facilities of individual hygiene of cavity of mouth at the diseases of periodontium for the young.

The purpose of the thesis was to increase the effectiveness of prevention of periodontal diseases in young people by developing algorithms for the differentiated use of medical-hygienic complexes depending on the clinical situation and assessing their effectiveness. The analysis of structure of periodontal diseases showed that the used for setting inflammatory periodontal diseases are educed in 200 inspected, that folds 93,02% from 215 persons, and dystrophic-used (generalized periodontitis) for setting fire – in 15 (6,98%) persons. Most widespread is chronic catarrhal gingivitis that was diagnosed in 188 (87,44%) persons. In the conditions of experimental part the educed dependence is between morphological and by tinctorial properties of microflora of oral cavity and clinical situation for the persons of young age with the periodontal diseases. To define element composition and form of crystals of toothpastes, them antimicrobial properties and minimum inhibitis concentration of toothpastes and rinsers for different clinical situations in the oral cavity. The algorithms of medical-hygienical complexes are reasonable at the defeats of periodontitis depending on the leading symptom of clinical situation and the clinical estimation of their efficiency is conducted in the nearest and remote terms of supervisions. The persons of young age have the worked out models of prognostication of remote results of treatment of periodontal disease.
