The Thesis clarifies the concepts of anti-corruption requirements and prohibitions on restricting gifts. The legal content of the peculiarities of administrative liability for violation of the restrictions on receiving gifts established by law has been revealed, the principles of bringing to administrative responsibility for violation of the restrictions on receiving gifts established by law have been systematized. The paper examines the types of gifts through the prism of restrictions and prohibitions, which are applied to them.
