Ladniuk V. The criminal legal characteristic of the obstruction to the activity of the People's Deputy of Ukraine and the deputy of the local council

This dissertation is a complex scientific monographic research of problems of criminal legal characteristic of the obstruction to the activity of the People's Deputy of Ukraine and the deputy of the local council. Theoretical-methodological and legal basis of its research have been analyzed. Historical and comparative legal analysis of legislation of Ukraine and foreign countries in the context of People's Deputy of Ukraine and deputy of the local council professional activity protection has been carried out. The objective and subjective features of the crime stipulated by Art. 351 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, peculiarities of its separation from contiguous crimes have been characterized.
