Riabets O. Public Administration of Legal Company’s in Ukraine

The dissertation presents the solution of a scientific problem concerning the public administration of law company’s in Ukraine. The following research paper is the first complex scientific work within the framework of administrative science, aimed at revealing the administrative principles and tools of public administration of law company’s in Ukraine, the self-organizing component of the legal business sector in Ukraine and the legal market as an element of economic stability. In the scientific work the concept of public administration of law company’s activities in Ukraine is formed, its essence and content are identified and described. Also by the author the administrative and legal status of public administration, which implements this have been revealed. The forms and methods of public administration of law company’s activities in Ukraine are clarified, the peculiarities of internal organizational implementation of this process are formed and some administrative procedures within its limits are analyzed. The foreign experience of public administration of activity of law company’s activities are revealed and generalized. The offers concerning changes and additions to the current legislation concerning improvement of realization of such activity in Ukraine are formed.
