In the dissertation on the basis of the complex analysis of normative sources, theoretical bases and law enforcement practice the essence and procedural features of administrative cases connected with public service are opened, offers and recommendations on improvement of norms of the current administrative-procedural legislation are formed. The essence and the concept of administrative cases related to public service are revealed. The place and role of administrative proceedings in the public service in Ukraine have been clarified. The principles of administrative proceedings in cases related to public service are identified and generalized. The general administrative-procedural characteristic of administrative cases connected with public service is carried out. The procedural features of administrative proceedings in cases related to public service have been clarified. Scientific provisions on evidence and proof in public service cases have been improved. The foreign experience of consideration and decision of administrative cases connected with public service is revealed and generalized. Scientific provisions on directions and specific proposals for improving administrative proceedings in cases related to public service in Ukraine have been improved.
