Essay

The thesis research is aimed at clarifying the theoretical and practical foundations of the phenomenon of anthropocentrism of public authoritis in the constitutionalism of modern states of Central and Eastern Europe (France, the Czech Republic, Poland and Ukraine). By its structure, scientific work reveals the subject of study from historical, empirical, doctrinal, normative and derivative theoretical and practical points of view. The historical approach is revealed through an analysis of the views of various scholars and statesmen who influenced their decisions on the development of states and societies. Systematization of views allows distinguishing the abilities of rulers and officials, to determine the place of the person in the state mechanism, the importance of interest and interaction of the law with the subject of its implementation and influence. The empirical approach reflects the practice of implementing the rules of constitutional law based on the application of a human acting. The constitutional analysis of empirical facts is based on the participation of the authorities and their influence on the state processes of France, the Czech Republic, Poland and Ukraine.
