The dissertation is devoted to the complex analysis of the administrative and legal status of the Cyberpolice Department of the National Police of Ukraine. Theoretical and methodological characteristics of the legal status of the Cyberpolice Department of Ukraine are given. The current state of cybersecurity in Ukraine is analyzed. The place and role of the bodies of the National Police of Ukraine as subjects of cyber security of the state are determined. The issues of characterization of certain elements of the administrative and legal status of the Cyberpolice Department of the National Police of Ukraine, namely: tasks and functions, rights and responsibilities, territorial jurisdiction and guarantees of activity.
