Manzhula I. Economic and analytical tools of housing asset management companies

The dissertation is devoted to updating the scientific and applied principles of economic substantiation and administration of operating activities of enterprises and their adaptation to the conditions of housing projects of asset management companies, which in the format of temporary organizational structure carry out administration and economic controlling of the project cycle and interaction of participating enterprises. The need for the introduction and operation of a temporary AMC- IHDP enterprise is determined by the urgency of streamlining investment objects in a single resourcebudgetary and administrative-management cycle (the characteristics of which are subject to coordination, controlling) and between the asset management company and other stakeholders. The results of the work direct the content and regulations of the AMC provide targeted use of funds within the cycle of IHDP and the environment of its participants, hedging (stratification) of risks between the subjects of housing development (towards minimizing the risks of physical investors in housing) and mandatory compliance organization of investment in commercial housing construction in Ukraine.
