The dissertation research deals with the establishment on the basis of the analysis of current legislation, theoretical foundations of the existing scientific subject and specific features of administrative and legal regulation of staffing of administrative courts, the content of the concept of administrative court judge, definition of requirements, qualifications and conditions for candidates. the position of a judge of an administrative court or prohibit holding the position of a judge, analysis of the procedure for selection of judges, as well as measures are proposed to improve the regulatory framework on certain issues.
