Kindrat L. Mechanisms for Ensuring Youth Participation in Public Administration in the Context of Ukraine’s European Integration

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical substantiation of mechanisms for ensuring youth participation in public administration and the development of practical recommendations for determining priority areas and ways to improve them in the context of Ukraine’s European integration. Mechanisms for ensuring youth participation in public administration is defined as a set of normative-legal, institutional-functional, program-targeted and resource means, methods, levers used by the state and society for the formation, implementation of youth policy in terms of ensuring youth participation in public administration and achievement of high rates of youth participation in public administration, which involves providing real opportunities, rights, resources and space, and where necessary support for youth participation in public administration.
