Slyva Y. Judicial control over observance of laws during the conducting covert investigative (search) actions by National Police of Ukraine

Modern theoretical and applied problems of judicial control over observance of laws during the conducting covert investigative (search) actions by National police of Ukraine are comprehensively investigated in the dissertation. According to the results of studying scientific sources, the information on the content of dissertation and monographic research of both domestic and foreign scientists, as well as research presented in manuals, guidelines and scientific articles that have been conducted on this issue are systematized. The definition of the concept of judicial control over the observance of laws during the conducting covert investigative (search) actions by the National Police of Ukraine is given. The expediency of borrowing the experience of foreign countries that have succeeded in judicial control over observance of laws during the conducting covert investigative (search) actions by National police of Ukraine, namely: Austria, Azerbaijan, Argentina, Belarus, Brazil, Great Britain, Armenia, Georgia, Estonia, Italy, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Germany, Portugal, Russia, USA, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, France, Sweden is justified. A number of scientifically substantiated proposals and recommendations for improving the current legislation within the subject of research are formulated in the dissertation
