Skripchenko V. Principles of administrative proceedings

The dissertation is one of the first in Ukraine comprehensive studies of the legal nature and system of principles of administrative justice. The result of the study is a set of scientific generalizations, conclusions, a number of new scientific provisions important for modern theory of administrative law. The purpose of the dissertation is to scientifically develop the legal nature of the principles of administrative justice and their system, as well as the formation on this basis of scientifically sound proposals and recommendations of theoretical, methodological and practical nature, aimed at improving the administration of administrative justice. The principles of administrative justice are the fundamental principles that underlie the procedural activities carried out by the administrative court and determine its nature, content and essence as a key subject of justice in relations between citizens and public authorities.
