Zhelizko O. The state regulation of institutional changes of economic security system of entrepreneurship.

The thesis has outlined theoretical approaches to the formation of the system of economic security of entrepreneurship. The detailed description of the state regulation of institutional changes as a determinant of the system of economic security of entrepreneurship in the country has also been provided. The study has identified and characterized set’s components of the state regulation of institutional changes, which include preconditions, impact factors, policy, the aim, tasks, subjects, objects, principles, functions, tools, methods and the process of such a type of regulation activity. The methodological basis of the state regulation of institutional changes towards creation of the national system of economic security of entrepreneurship have been introduced and critically assessed. In addition, the thesis has suggested the author’s assessment methodology of state regulation efficiency of institutional changes in Ukraine, which meets the following demands: efficiency diagnostics of regulation impacts of state authorities and local self-government bodies; the assessment of national, social and economic system development by international organizations; the impact of the national complex of hazards, threats, and risks on SESE formation; creation of the single (integral) index for assessment and criteria of its evaluation. Mechanisms of the state regulation of institutional changes in terms of Ukrainian economy transformation have been studied. Besides, the research has conducted the diagnostics of regulation impacts of state and municipal bodies directed towards changes of relevant institutes and the national institutional system for provision of the appropriate level of economic security of entrepreneurship and functioning of the system of economic security of entrepreneurship in Ukraine. The main hazards, threats, and risks for economic security of entrepreneurship at the modern level of the state’s development have also been analyzed. The study has assessed the impact of the state regulation of institutional changes on the system of economic security of entrepreneurship in Ukraine.
