Bogdanov A. Administrative and legal measures for the prevention of offenses in the field of land relations in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive study of the prevention of offenses in the field of land relations in Ukraine, which substantiates proposals aimed at improving the legislation and practice of its application by the subjects of control in this area. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of the regulation of administrative responsibility for offenses in the field of land relations are determined. For this purpose, the following was carried out: a description of land relations, the stages of their formation through consolidation in regulatory legal acts and the reform of governance bodies. It is established that administrative offenses committed in the field of land relations are the basis of administrative responsibility; their main characteristics and composition are determined, which allows them to be correctly qualified. The object, subject, objective and subjective aspects of dispositions of offenses in the field of land relations are analyzed. The main ways of improving the legislation in the field of land use and protection are described, special administrative and preventive measures and administrative preventive measures applied by the subjects of preventing offenses in the field of land relations in Ukraine are described
