The thesis is devoted to the theoretical and legal problems of the administrative and legal framework of legality by the prosecution bringing people to administrative responsibility. In this paper, the following concepts as legality of bringing people to administrative liability, administrative and legal framework for prosecuting bodies legality of bringing persons to administrative liability, warranty, principles, methods and tools for the administrative and legal framework of legality by the prosecution bringing people to the administrative responsibility of others are defined. The provisions of scientific and legal sources are analyzed. On the basis of it trends and prospects of administrative regulation of ensuring the prosecution authorities the legality of bringing people to administrative responsibility are identified, as well as the ways of improving the efficiency of interaction with the public prosecutor's office and state authorities in ensuring the legality of bringing people to administrative responsibility are determined
