The generalization of models and methods of for the developing development and amaking doption of managerial decisions of communications enterprises of communication gave an opportunitymade it possible to argue that typical methods for the development and adoption of managerial decisions of communications enterprises Typical are as follows: methods of expert assessments, the “goal tree” method of "goal tree", Monte Carlo method, morphological analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis, method of analogy and intuition, methods of economic and mathematical modeling and method of strategic management. The peculiarities features of the development and adoption of managerial decisions of communications enterprises, one of which is the adoption of hightech decisions solutions aimed at constantly improvement improving of the functioning of communications enterprises, and which defines determines their strategic directions of activity in order to achieve the maximum level of their development, have been justified. It was foundhas been established that the process of developing and adopting managerial decisions of communications enterprises is carried out at all levels of the enterprise management system, where each division unit is responsible for a specific area of work and within which the acceptance of a particular decision is made. In order to determine the effectiveness of the technology strategy of development and adoption of managerial decisions of communications enterprises and the effectiveness of the management managerial decisions, their the assessment of the latter has been carried out was made at Kyivstar, VodafoneUkraine and Lifecell. It is determinedwas established that the efficiency of the technology strategy of development and acceptance adoption of managerial decisions of the communications enterprises is was at a sufficient level in the range of 0.5-0.8., Aas for the effectiveness of tThe managerial decisions,, are quite effective in Kyivstar and Vodafone Ukraine. They are quite effective, as they help to increase profitability and overall efficiency of the enterprises: the profitability of enterprises from year to year grows every year and it isis 0.84 for Kyivstar in 2018 compared to 0.31 in 2016 - 0.31, and for Vodafone Ukraine, it is -15% compared to 10% in 2016 - 10%. Lifecell is unprofitable, but the efficiency of the managerial decisions can not be considered low, because since the company’'s damage islosses are connected the result of with the direction of funds in ensuring its the competitiveness of the company, which allowed the companyit to remain in the telecommunication services market of telecommunication services. Correlation analysis of the influence of taken managerial decisions on effective indicators of activity the performance of communications enterprises of communication has shown, that in all the enterprises surveyedsubject to study, the correlation dependence between the relevant decision to change tariffs and the profitability of activity and profit of the enterprise is quite close and is on average foramounts to 0.8 on average for 3 years 0.8. It is has been argued substantiated that profitability is the deciding decisive factor in assessing evaluating the effectiveness of any enterprises, including communications enterprises. According to thisConsequently, the a methodology has been proposed of for optimization optimizing of the technology of development and adoption of decision -makingmanagerial decisions of communications enterprises with the a target function, namely, the is offeredmaximizingation of profitability on the basis of the optimization of commodityproduct-market strategy, financial assets and funding sources of the enterprise. A conceptual approach to the development and adoption of strategic managerial decisions of communications enterprises is has been proposed, based on the cornerstones ofkey principles that outlininge the fundamental characteristics of strategic governance management in the context and of specifics of communications enterprises.. Strategic decisions are based developed based on the estimation of the enterprise'’s activity, which is based on the methods of strategic planning, in particular, the SPG lifecycle matrix.
