Zhuravlov S. Legal Regulation of Disciplinary Sanctions of the Employees of the State Investigative Bureau

The author of the dissertation has presented theoretical generalization and scientific solution of the problem, which consists in determining the nature and specific features of legal regulation of disciplinary sanctions of the employees of the State Investigative Bureau and working out the ways to improve the imposition of disciplinary sanctions on the employees of the State Investigative Bureau. The research status of the problem of of disciplinary sanctions’ legal regulation of the employees of the State Investigative Bureau has been clarified. The essence and content of disciplinary sanctions of the employees of the State Investigative Bureau have been revealed.
