Bondar V. Legal Regulation of Service Career by the Employees of the Judicial Protection Service

The author of the dissertation has presented theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which consists in determining the nature and specific features of the service career by the employees of the Judicial Protection Service; and has outlined the directions for improving the legal regulation of the basic conditions of the service career in the Judicial Protection Service. Specific features of the legal status of an employee of the Judicial Protection Service as a subject of labor law have been revealed. The stages of the formation and development of legal regulation of labor activity in the Judicial Protection Service have been distinguished. The correlation between the norms of labor and other branches of law within the legal regulation of the service career in the Judicial Protection Service has been clarified.
