Prykhodko V. Administrative and legal prevention of traffic accidents in Ukraine.

The thesis deals with comprehensive study of issues concerning administrative and legal prevention of transport accidents in Ukraine. The content of transport accidents as an object of administrative and legal prevention has been disclosed. The current situation with transport injuries in Ukraine has been analyzed. The work focuses on increasing the level of transport injuries not only on the automobile, but also on other types of transport. Improving the collection, analysis and monitoring of statistical data on accidents and transport injuries in Ukraine has been noted. The factors that determine traffic accidents in Ukraine have been identified, and taking into account the positive experience of foreign countries, it is reasonable to introduce appropriate measures to eliminate certain factors that determine traffic accidents in Ukraine.
