Yevdokimova M. The criminological characteristics of female crime in the economic sphere

The thesis is devoted to criminological problems of modern female crime in the sphere of economy. It is determined that female crime in the area of economy is a dynamic, historically conditioned, antagonistic phenomenon of social reality, that is a set of selfish crimes in the economic sphere (the crimes against property, crimes in the field of economic activity and crimes in the area of professional activity) committed by women, whose justice has been destructively affected. The paper presents a detailed criminological characteristic of female crime in the economic area, namely: the status, dynamics and level of female crime in the field of economy are analyzed. Moreover, the main features of a woman who commits a criminal offense in the economy, specific causes and conditions of female crime in the sphere of economy are investigated. The main purpose, local intermediate goals and tasks of female crime prevention in the economic area are defined and characterized. It offers the general social, special criminological and individual measures to prevent female crime in the economy. Special attention is paid to the problems of social adaptation of women after serving the sentence and the mechanism of its implementation, which consists of the following elements: social adaptation of women in the professional and household sphere, social adaptation of a woman in the area of family relations re-establishment, social adaptation of a woman in the moral and psychological field.
