Essay

The dissertation is devoted to solving the urgent task of developing models and methods of reducing the risk of technogenic accidents by creating information technology, which allows increasing the reliability of the gas station and the efficiency of managing the consequences of industrial accidents. The classification of hazard levels and quantitative indicators of accident risk, which are the basis of the risk management model of functioning of the gas station, are considered. The analysis of methods of presenting knowledge in recognition of emergencies of anthropogenic nature is carried out. The advanced model and functional mechanism of the information system of the gas station for improvement of reliability is given. The obtained calculations of the approximate probability of failure of the information system allow analyzing the failures of the systems in order to improve their reliability. Discusses the construction of a neural network that can be used to solve risk assessment tasks, as it adequately reflects the outcome and enables the assessment of social risk in a dynamic changing environment. A method of presenting knowledge in assessing the risk of industrial accidents at the gas station has been developed, the implementation of which involves the solution of both computational and logical-analytical problems, which is caused by the use of artificial intelligence methods.
