In the dissertation on the basis of complex theoretical generalization of principles of activity of territorial bodies of National police in Ukraine, the analysis of normative bases and law enforcement practice of bodies of police, the maintenance and features of public administration of activity of territorial bodies of National police of Ukraine are formed. The content and formulated the categorical concept of public administration of territorial bodies of the National Police of Ukraine as an orderly, purposeful and complex activity of a wide range of authorized subjects of public administration to ensure the functioning of territorial bodies of the National Police of Ukraine, determining the features of their administrative and legal status administrative activity, which is implemented on the basis of administrative law with the help of administrative tools and administrative procedures in order to properly perform the tasks and functions of the territorial bodies of the National Police of Ukraine in society. The peculiarities of the administrative and legal status of the territorial bodies of the National Police of Ukraine have been clarified. The principles of administrative activity of territorial bodies of the National Police of Ukraine are generalized. Forms and methods of administrative and legal regulation of the activity of territorial bodies of the National Police of Ukraine are revealed. Peculiarities of internal organizational administration of territorial bodies of the National Police of Ukraine are determined. The administrative procedures of the territorial bodies of the National Police of Ukraine are analyzed. A comparative description of the public administration of the police of some EU member states has been made. Proposals aimed at improving domestic legislation in the field of public administration of the territorial bodies of the National Police of Ukraine have been developed.
