The dissertation research is devoted to the disclosure of the scientific problem of studying the features of administrative and legal protection of persons with disabilities in Ukraine. The concept of administrative and legal protection of persons with disabilities in Ukraine is clarified. The normative regulation of administrative and legal protection of persons with disabilities in Ukraine is analyzed. The principles of administrative and legal protection of persons with disabilities in Ukraine are determined. The subjects of public administration that provide administrative and legal protection of persons with disabilities in Ukraine have been identified. The administrative and legal mechanism for the protection of the rights of persons with disabilities in Ukraine has been revealed. The essence of administrative and legal protection of the rights of persons with disabilities in Ukraine has been clarified. The scientific provisions of the international experience of administrative and legal protection of persons with disabilities are identified and generalized. The directions of improvement of the legislation on administrative and legal protection of persons with disabilities in Ukraine are offered.
