Essay

The ways of creating control systems of modern telecommunication networks have been investigated. The concept of building a control system as an integrated management system for any telecommunication networks in structure, composition and scope has been proposed. It is advisable to implement this concept of building control system in Ukrainian telecommunication networks in order to achieve efficient and economical management of both traditional and new networks. The use of self-organization methods has been investigated and proposed which allows for system analysis and identification of compound objects and helps to obtain accurate long-term predictions regarding those network parameters that correspond to the required range of services. A technique for the self-organization of a model of mathematic simulation of the respective network processes based on dynamic systems has been proposed, which is the most adequate and allows to determine the main network parameters with the necessary indicators of the quality of functioning of these networks.
