The thesis is devoted to solving a complex of scientific and technical issues related to the development of dynamic phase-locked loop of the characteristics of telecommunication systems to obtain the necessary parameters of the parameters. The topic of the thesis is aimed at solving the problem of improving the accuracy and speed of the phase-locked loop (PLL) system in steady-state and transient modes using corrective devices, Improvement of the main indicators of quality and therefore is relevant. FAP systems of high accuracy and speed in a class with deviation control were developed and investigated. The following tasks are solved: the construction of new structures of the FAP system with non-unity main feedback, the synthesis of the parameters of the non-single main feedback of the FAP system from the condition of increasing accuracy in steady-state modes and its study; construction of new structures of FAP systems with a scaling device, their synthesis and research; studies of new structures of phase-converting phase-difference systems with phase-differential signaling and phase-converting phase-difference systems with nonlinear feedback; improving the accuracy of FAP systems using sequential corrective devices and studying them using the root hodograph; FAP digital systems research. The analysis and development of the method based on new structures of phase-locked loop dynamic characteristics of telecommunication systems and networks. A technique based on new structures of phase-locked loop systems of the dynamic characteristics of telecommunication systems and networks using scalable devices was developed, synthesis and research were carried out, which allowed for the first time to develop a synthesis technique for phase-locked loop systems of the dynamic characteristics of telecommunication systems. The algorithm for the synthesis of phase-locked loop systems of the dynamic characteristics of telecommunication systems using the root hodograph has been improved. Information technologies have been developed through the further development of a method for compensating deviations in the dynamic characteristics of telecommunication systems based on phase-locked loop with differential and nonlinear feedbacks and with a sequential differentiating and integrating corrective device.
