Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the solution of the actual for the quarries scientific and practical task of determining the parameters of seismic explosive waves, which form the seismic effect of short-delayed mass explosions in the quarries and affect an increase the safety of surrounding buildings and structures. The developed method (protected by patents of Ukraine No. 131003 UA, No. 135669 UA) for assessing the seismic effect of a mass explosion, by determining the mass of the explosive, which consists of both instantly exploded groups and individual single wells, which determine the real seismic effect of a short delayed blasting (SDB). A check was carried out according to the results of analysis of monitoring of mass explosions in quarries, and corresponding empirical dependencies were obtained to determine the safe parameters of seismic waves for buildings and structures located in specific mining and geological conditions. The proposed estimation of the seismic effect of SDB of a borehole charge system, which consists in taking into account the deceleration intervals of each explosive charge and the number of deceleration stages of dispersed borehole charges with deceleration intervals not exceeding 90° phase shift between them, including in the presence of unauthorized temporary dispersion their initiation, the calculated parameters of seismic waves at the level of permissible errors of seismometric equipment.
