An analytical method has been improved for calculating the forces of pressing the tool joint against the borehole wall, taking into account the technical, technological and mining-geological factors of drilling in an arbitrary interval of curvature. The dependence of contact stresses that occur in the rock on the surface of the well wall on the time of interaction with the tool joint is established. The values of stresses and the front of their distribution in the rock mass of the well wall on the action of the tool joint on it are estimated.A formulation of a fuel-bitumen bath has been proposed, which allows increasing the initial compressive strength of rocks, which will ensure the integrity of the borehole walls. An experimental setup has been developed and technologies for experimental research with the ability to change temperature and repression are presented. Methods and means of experimental research of the energy-transmitting functions of the drill string, which expand the possibilities of improving their designs and operating conditions, are proposed.According to industrial data, a technology has been proposed for installing a fuel-bitumen bath to prevent key-seating in the process of industrial drilling of well. To eliminate the key seat in the well, a bottom-hole assembly is proposed.
