Yurych L. Improving the technology of drilling wells taking into account the state of the rock destruction tool

The dissertation is devoted to the improvement the technology of drilling wells taking into account the state of the rock destruction tool. The regularities of the influence of the degree of wear of a single cutter on the power and energy parameters of rock cutting have been experimentally investigated. The dependence of the amplitude of longitudinal oscillations on the mode parameters and the state of the bit armament is established. A mathematical model has been developed and the regularities of changing the length of the worn part of the bit cutter and the intensity of its operation during operation have been established. A method of adjusting the mode-technological parameters of drilling and ensuring trouble-free operation of the drill string bottom configurations taking into account the state of the bit armament has been developed. To implement it, the design was improved and a prototype of the device was made, which allows to estimate the level of loading of the drill string layout. Analytical studies of the influence of the stiffness characteristics of the flexible link on the deflection force on the bit and bending moment were carried out.
