Klichkovsky S. Socio-psychological characteristics of the formation of the psychological climate at the enterprise in the crisis period.

The dissertation work is devoted to the study of the socio-psychological characteristics of the formation of the psychological climate at the enterprise during the crisis period. The work carried out a theoretical analysis of scientific approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "psychological climate". The psychological climate is the state of the collective performing a common objective activity, has common goals and values; it is the process of reconciling behavior and activity (experience of interaction and social cognition). Among the structural components of the psychological climate, the following are identified: the nature of interpersonal relations, leadership style, group motivation for achieving success, attitudes in interpersonal relationships, professional competence of employees.
