In the dissertation the theoretical bases and criminological recommendations concerning carrying out of investigative (search) actions during investigation of reception of illegal benefit by the official are studied. The types of investigative (search) actions in criminal proceedings on obtaining an illegal benefit by an official are established and the general requirements for their conduct are revealed. It is proved that conducting investigative (search) actions in typical investigative situations of investigation of obtaining illegal benefits by an official involves their algorithmization, which is implemented in tactical operations. The tactical features and procedural requirements for the preparation and conduct of inspection, examination, search, interrogation, obtaining samples for examination and examination during the investigation of obtaining illegal benefits by an official are disclosed. Ways to improve the technical and forensic and scientific and methodological support, tactics of investigative (search) actions during the investigation of obtaining illegal benefits by an official are proposed.
