The main / different characteristics of logistic flows in construction are identified, the logistic problems of the objects construction, and the conditions of logistic concept implementation into the construction management system, which have a direct impact on the formation of the state investment policy in construction, are identified.
It is established that the particularities of construction give priority to taking into account the organic relationship between cost and time, and hence the need for improvement at the same time.
