Essay

The Dissertation is devoted to solving of actual scientific and practical task as for Technological Parameters Substantiation of Dimension Stone Extraction by Disk Machines, taking into consideration cutting regimes and anisotropy of rocks. Calculation of quantitative and qualitative losses by preparation of deposit for extraction by diamond wire cutting and disk machines is carried out in the thesis. Indicators of the expected operational losses of raw during dimension stone extraction by disk stone-cutting machines are determined. Wear of disk machine’s diamond tool by different directions of cutting is obtained. Also dependences of disk machine’s energy consumption on cutting productivity are determined. The dependence of the value of the unit man-hours for labour force depending on disk machine’s productivity is obtained. The method of choosing direction of mining works carrying out for disk machines by dimension stone extraction is elaborated. Regularity of spatial changeability of optimal cutting directions for labradorite deposits is studied. Analytical dependence as a polynomial of the 2-nd degree for prognosis of optimal cutting direction at Golovynske deposit of labradorite is determined.
