Riabets D. Organizational and managerial aspects of health care state regulation

The dissertation is devoted to the conceptual bases formation and theoretical and applied bases development of organizational and managerial aspects of health care state regulation. The generalization of theoretical bases of processes of the health care regulation is carried out. The principles and mechanism of regulation are studied; the methodological bases on the tools of state regulation of the healthcare sphere are expanded. A comprehensive analysis of the current state of health care state regulation is carried out. Demographic processes as a challenge for the health care system are studied. An economic assessment of the organizational and managerial mechanism of health care regulation in the context of human development is carried out. Conceptual bases of health care strategic development in transformational conditions are substantiated. Problems and approaches to assessing the availability of medical services and medical care in Ukraine in the context of the Sustainable Development Goals are studied. Econometric models of mutual influence of medical-demographic and economic results of social and economic system functioning in the context of economic accessibility of medical services for the population are defined. Problems and priority directions of state regulation of innovative development of the national health care system are identified.
