Essay

We examined 972 childrens. The work is is intended to increase the effectiveness of treatment of primary caries of permanent teeth in children of different age groups (6, 12 and 15 years) by using ozone and remineralizing therapy. We found that there was no timely diagnosis of primary caries and insufficient effectiveness of its treatment and prevention, given that the share of all other deeper forms of caries in all three age groups of the analysis was statistically higher (p≤0.05). We had established the following features of permanent teeth enamel surface zone mineralization in children at different ages: microscopic changes are characterized by a decrease in the total number of unevenness of the enamel surface, increasing its brilliance and smoothness with approaching the stage of stabilization in the period 15-16 years. In the same period there are pronounced microscopic differences between the main investigation group (with remineralizing therapy with gel "Tooth Mousse") and the comparison group (without remineralizing therapy) of surface enamel samples, the difference between which in terms of relative average level of surface inhomogeneity is statistically (p<0.01), and also statistically different from similar indicators that were registered in the age periods 11-13 and 13-15 years (p <0.01). Key words: children, caries, enamel resistance of teeth, remineralizing therapy, Tooth MousseTM (GC), ozone. Branch-Medicine.
