Herasymenko V. Development of resource potential of the construction industry of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to systematization of theoretical foundations and substantiation of practical recommendations concerning the development of modern methods and mechanisms of formation sustainable potential in the functioning of the construction industry in Ukraine. On the basis of the critical analysis of approaches to the interpretation of the concept "economic potential of the industry", a modern definition of this category was formulated as a dynamic characteristic of the ability to create conditions for development, influenced by political, economic, socio-demographic, and other factors, due to the interaction of production, natural, scientific and technical components, technological readiness, and the presence of a sufficient number of industry enterprises. The structure of the components of the economic potential of the branch is proposed and a conceptual approach to the evaluation of the factors of development of the resource potential of the construction industry is developed. The scientific and practical approach to construction of a resource management system in the construction industry and the strategy of development of the construction industry of Ukraine have been improved on the basis of creation of an innovative building cluster based on higher education institutions of the construction profile and production and design organizations.
