The dissertation is devoted to the formation of conceptual, theoretical and applied bases of Ukraine's human capital development on the basis of digitalization. The generalization of theoretical approaches to the development of human capital of Ukraine on the basis of digitalization is carried out. The mechanism of digitalization processes introduction and its influence on human capital development is investigated; the methodological bases on the tools of the national economy state regulation on the basis of digitalization are expanded. The analysis of the current state of the Ukraine's demographic situation in the system of human capital measuring is carried out. The characteristics of human development of Ukraine in the system of world ratings are analyzed. The role of investments in human capital development in the conditions of economy digitalization is investigated. Conceptual bases of strategic human capital management in the context of digitalization development are offered. The migration processes influence on the development of human potential in the regions of Ukraine is characterized. The forecast of the impact of human capital on economic growth in the conditions of digital technologies development in Ukraine is carried out. The ways of improving the investment support of human capital development in the conditions of digital transformations are outlined.
