The dissertation is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the investigation of criminal offenses related to raider seizures. The process of investigating criminal offenses related to raider seizures is clearly defined by time limits during criminal proceedings, which in turn is divided into stages of investigation. All stages of the investigation of this category of criminal offenses are divided into unknown, initial, subsequent and final. The beginning of criminal proceedings begins with the entry of data in the URSI (ERDR). Issues related to the planning of the investigation of criminal offenses related to raider seizures are considered and the role of investigative versions in the course of criminal proceedings is determined.
