Grishakov O. Forensic support for the investigation of crimes in the health sector

In the dissertation, the theoretical generalization and solution of the scientific problem of forensic support for the investigation of crimes in the field of health care are carried out. The classification of crimes in the field of health care is proposed. A methodology (algorithms) has been developed for carrying out certain investigative (search) actions in the field of healthcare. This definition of the concept of "forensic support" is understood as a system for the development and implementation of forensic recommendations (algorithms), technical and forensic tools and information technologies into the practice of investigating crimes in order to optimize and increase the efficiency of detecting, investigating and preventing crimes in the health sector. The developed proposals, developed on the basis of an analysis of foreign practice, on the need to carry out international protection of human rights, which also includes bodies that are entrusted with the function of protecting legitimate human rights and preventing their violation.
