Gvozdiy V. Administrative and legal status of lawyers’ self-government bodies

The dissertation is one of the first attempts to determine the peculiarities of the administrative and legal status of the lawyers’ self-government bodies and to formulate proposals and recommendations for its improvement. The author substantiates, on the basis of an analysis of the administrative-legal status of the bodies of advocate self-laziness, that they exercise self-government, which is included in the formula for the specialty of the science of administrative law, are subjects of administrative-legal relations, are endowed with powers, have the right to issue legally authoritative prescriptions. The proposals are formulated to introduce amendments and additions to legislative and subordinate regulatory legal acts, which determine the administrative and legal status of the bodies of advocate self-government in Ukraine.
