Shcherbinina S. Organizational and economic principles of ensuring the energy efficiency of the residential sector in Ukraine

The dissertation provides theoretical provisions and tools for assessing the organizational and economic support of energy efficiency of the residential sector of the economy. A scientific and methodological approach to assessing the energy efficiency of the residential sector of the economy, which includes a set of methodological approaches to assessing the potential of energy consumption and energy efficiency, takes into account the impact of a set of economic, technical and social factors, allows forecasting and optimizing energy consumption. A scientific and methodological approach to assessing the potential for the residential sector energy efficiency in the regional context has been developed. The regions are ranked according to the integrated indicator and clusters are formed according to the level of energy efficiency potential assessment, which characterizes the differentiation of regional residential sector organizational and economic efficiency. The model of the digital platform "Energy efficient housing: state, region, city, territorial community" is proposed, the main goal of which is to unite all resources, tools, knowledge, specialists in real time by integrating digital technologies in energy efficiency of housing in Ukraine.
