Tereshcuk V. Legal status of subjects of public administration

The dissertation research contains a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical and practical aspects of the legal status of subjects of public administration. Public administration is understood as the activity of authorized entities to provide private individuals with administrative services and / or exercise public administration in the interests of the state and society. Public administration subjects include: 1) typical and atypical subjects that have the classic status of a public administration subject) 2) subjects that perform certain functions of a public administration subject (subjects of delegated public powers). The legal status of subjects of public administration is understood as an institutional status, the elements of the structure of which (legal personality, competence, legal responsibility) determine the peculiarities of the creation and activity of subjects of public administration. The thesis contains proposals for amendments to legislative acts that govern the activities of subjects of public administration.
