Essay

In the presented work, using the calculation and analytical methods for forecasting phase and structural stability, the chemical composition of the heat-resistant nickel alloy for the manufacture of cast rotor blades by the method of directional (mono) crystallization ZMI-M5, which does not contain rhenium, is developed. The alloy after heat treatment, under the regime provided for modern IV generation alloys showed a tensile strength в above 1300 MPa with satisfactory ductility ( 6.0%) at a temperature of 20 ?C, as well as time to failure at a test temperature of 975 ?C and a load of 300 MPa 60...90 hours, which meets the requirements for the serial alloy ZhS32-VI and it is much cheaper.
