Mishchenko O. Intensification of Innovation and Investment Development of Food Industry in Ukraine

The dissertation presents the content of the basic concepts of the subject field of research of innovation and investment development. Based on the analysis of existing scientific and theoretical approaches, the essence of the category “innovative and investment development of the food industry” is revealed. Two groups of factors are identified that influence the intensification of innovative and investment development of the food industry. It is proved that all factors are closely interconnected. It has been established that the food industry and its subjects form a complex socio-economic system, the state of which is largely determined by innovation and investment development. Various interrelated effects from the intensification of innovation and investment development of the food industry are identified: scientific, technical, economic, resource, socio-political, environmental, financial, ethno-cultural, budget. The magnitude of the effect is determined by the speed of diffusion of innovation.
