The influence of transnational corporations on the development of certain sectors of Ukrainian economy. Identification and assessment of fundamental influences of transnational corporations on the formation of the domestic market of Ukraine and the development of a model of state regulation of their activities. Theoretical bases of economic theory, bases of macro- and microeconomics, general scientific and empirical methods of scientific researches, in particular logical-historical method, structural-functional analysis, factor analysis, statistical analysis, economic-mathematical and integral modeling are used. The obtained results of the dissertation research can be used in the formation of state policy on transnational corporations that are represented on the domestic market. A model of state regulation of transnational corporations has been developed, which includes mechanisms for their group classification based on the selection of producers, importers and those that are not represented in the domestic market of Ukraine.
