Amelin O. Administrative and legal regulation of information support of the activity of the prosecutor’s office of Ukraine

The dissertation describes the theoretical approaches to determining the features of administrative and legal regulation of information support of the prosecutor’s office of Ukraine in terms of their reform. Particular attention is paid to the trends of the information society and their role in the activities of the prosecutor’s office and other law enforcement agencies in Ukraine. It is proposed, in the context of the concept of anthropocentrism and the dominance of the service function of the state, to consider one of the main tasks of the reform of the prosecutor’s office of Ukraine their rebranding. During the study, restyling and renaming measures of rebranding of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine were distinguished. The purpose of branding of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine is to ensure the presence of the brand of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine in the national and international information space, brand recognition of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine, the formation of the brand of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine as a reflection of their best traits them in the information space.
