Essay

Thesis presents formulation of theoretical background and practical recommendations for investigation of minors’ involvement in criminal activity. Forensic characteristics of the abovementioned crime in line with its components are outlined: crime commission methods, criminal environment and trace profile, perpetrator’s/victim’s identity. Correlation relationship between these components is defined. Circumstances subject to identification are clarified, typical investigative scenarios and algorithms of required actions are formulated for the initial investigation stage. Investigative (search) activity tactics is offered along with proposals concerning its improvement.
