Loziuk I. Clinical and morphological features of inflammatory diseases of the upper gastrointestinal tract associated with cytotoxic Н. pylori strains in children in combination with food allergy

Object - chronic inflammatory diseases of the upper gastrointestinal tract associated with H. pylori, food allergy; goal - to improve the diagnosis and optimize antihelicobacter therapy of inflammatory diseases of the upper gastrointestinal tract in children in combination with food allergies, taking into account the cytotoxicity of H. pylori; methods - epidemiological, bibliosemantic, sociological, clinical, instrumental, morphological, immuno-enzyme analysis, immunological, statistical; results - the epidemiology of inflammatory diseases of the upper gastrointestinal tract associated with CagA strain of H. pylori in children of Chernivtsi region was studied; new data were obtained and the need for immunological and morphological studies of combined pathology was substantiated; the nature of gastrointestinal and extragastric traits depending on the cytotoxicity of H. pylori strains was analyzed; predictors of the development of inflammatory diseases of the upper gastrointestinal tract and the severity of skin manifestations of food allergies in children infected with H. pylori CagA (+); developed and tested a differential diagnostic and treatment algorithm, proved the effectiveness of a differential approach to the treatment of combined pathology, taking into account the cytotoxicity of H. pylori and the inclusion of an immunocorrective agent as an adjuvant component in children with H. pylori CagA (+).
