Martyshev P. Regulation of the development of agri-food production under conditions of increased world prices volatility

The object of the study is the process of functioning of Ukraine's agro-food complex in the conditions of unstable world market. The aim of the study is to develop the theoretical and methodological principles as well as a system of regulations of agri-food production in the conditions of unstable global prices. The methodological tools of the dissertation research include a number of general scientific and special methods of scientific cognition (abstract-logical and monographic, deduction and induction, method of system analysis, method of economic-mathematical modeling). Theoretical and practical results of the study are the development of theoretical and methodological principles as well as a system of regulations of agri-food production in conditions of volatility of world food prices. The novelty of the study comprises the assessment of the dependence of Ukraine's agri-food market on world price volatility, analyzis of the impact of certain agricultural policy instruments on the price formation process, and providing the recommendations for support the domestic agri-food sector in the context of world market instability.
