The dissertation is devoted to the research of theoretical and methodological foundations and the development of practical recommendations for the formation of organizational and economic mechanism for the development of rural green tourism enterprises. The essence of rural green tourism is deepened. The system of critical infrastructure of rural green tourism enterprises is considered. A method for calculating a generalized indicator of critical infrastructure system development has been developed. Strategic aspects of development of rural green tourism enterprises in the direction of socio-economic growth of rural areas and strengthening of the national economy are substantiated. The methodical tools of estimation of dependence of volume of incomes of the enterprises of rural green tourism of Odessa region on indicators of tourist, social and economic, infrastructural and recreational component are considered. The essential provisions on the implementation of state measures to support the activities of rural green tourism enterprises as a promising type of entrepreneurship in rural areas have been deepened. Conceptual bases of formation of the organizational and economic mechanism of development of the enterprises of rural green tourism are developed. This mechanism is represented by a set of methods, tools and levers designed to stimulate and stimulate business in the field of domestic tourism services. The development of the developed mechanism will contribute to the increase of domestic tourist flows, provision of the rural population with jobs, will promote the activation of investment.
